CORTLAND, N.Y.  On the heels of his best-ever performance in the decathlon, Plattsburgh State senior Alex Choi was named to the All-State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Men's Outdoor Track and Field Second Team it was announced by the league office on Tuesday.
