DELAWARE, Ohio - In her first of two scheduled events at the NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Plattsburgh State sophomore speedster Jess Huber lined up in the starting blocks against 21 other national qualifiers in the preliminary heats of the 200-meter dash at Selby Stadium on the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University on Thursday night.
