ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Two weeks after toughing it out on a muddy SUNYAC course, the Plattsburgh State men’s cross country team didn’t have to contend with any adverse weather conditions, but faced many top-flight teams en route to a 16th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional hosted by the University of Rochester on Saturday (Nov. 10).
