PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. To kick off the 2020 Division III Week celebration, the Plattsburgh State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation recognized 18 student-athletes for their outstanding performance in the classroom and in competition as a part of the Institute for Sport and Social Justice's National Student-Athlete Day.
